Does Sophos XG Firewall support azure route based site to site vpn ? 
 When will support？ thanks

 At the moment Sophos XG will support policy-based IPsec site to site connection and the route-based feature is pending on our end.

 Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA when will it be implemented. But I would encourage you to opt to a vote to accelerate your requirement.
