Getting blocked request message for any website on XG Firewall Web Proxy

I have got a Virtual Sophos XG firewall in gateway mode in a virtual network.  I wanted to be able to use the firewall web proxy from a remote network so I have created a new LAN-WAN zone that accepts web proxy requests and put the outbound interface in it .  I added a default static route to go out the LAN-WAN interface and created a firewall rule like this

Source zone: LANWAN

Networks: RemoteCampus

Destination:LANWAN

Networks:Any

services:HTTP,HTTPS,3128

Action:Accept

When I try to visit any website I get a message 

 

 

 

 

The patterns on the firewall are up to date.

As a hack, I enabled an exception in Protect -> Web to skip scanning and checking websites just to be able to browse the internet but that defeats the whole purpose.  Is there any way to get the firewall to allow browsing in this configuration without adding this exception.
