How soon does STAS update a user?

Hi all, 
 
 I have the XG importing 3 user groups. 
 
 In AD each staff member is assigned to one of these groups. I changed one in AD to another group and I cannot get the XG to update. 
 
 How does this happen - is there a way to force it?

Hello Ian, 
 The group membership in the XG Firewall will be update when the user will authenticate. That means that if a user is currently auth on the firewall, he will need to disconnect and reconnect for his group to be updated.
