users can't log on SSL VPN

I configured SSL VPN on XG firewall so user can access site remotely, user used AD credential to login.

SSL VPN is working fine since few month but  last week it stopped working for all user, I restarted XG and it start working.

After 3day SSL VPN stopped working again and I logged support ticket and it fixed itself after few hour.

Today this happed again and support engineer said, it is know issue ( Microsoft bug).

 

Is anyone facing same issue? any tip for solution.
