UTM 9.4, RED 15 Standard/Split mode , internet not working

Good afternoon,
We are trying to run a 9.4 UTM with several RED15 for the remote connections of our host houses (we are one ong).
We have managed to establish the tunnels in problem, they correctly assign the IP, the gateway, the dns but there is no way that the computers connected to the RED15 can navigate.

With Ipscaner, we can see all RED15, but not the computers behind them.

Our UTM configuration would be
Internal 10.0.0.x
Internet 192.168.2.x


RED15 would be 192.168.50.x, with dhcp enabled for each of them, with the rules in the firewall of each

              RED15 ... any ..... Internet
              Internet ... any ..... red 15

And a masking rule of

             Red 15 ... any ..... internet

I would greatly appreciate any kind of help, I am a little desperate with the situation.

    Jose,

    if you are using Web Filtering on UTM, make sure to include even RED networks there; do not forget DNS traffic too.

    If you are using UTM as DNS server, add RED networks inside DNS.

    You should post the question inside the UTM area. Make sure to request the membership inside the UTM9 area and I will move this thread there.

If I use UTM as a DNS server, and I have included the networks of the Red15 inside the DNS but as I said in principle both the tunnel, and IP, and everything else seems to be correct. I think I should have badly defined dns in the UTM, because it is the only thing I can think of that may be happening.

To define the DNS at UTM level, I added at the host definition level the DNS both google, then as I did not work try with those of my telephone operator (Movistar), but nothing either

I can not think of anything else the truth

    I am going to request the membership as you tell me in the area UTM
