Special IP before login by Captive Portal?

Question

Hi, good day. I want to know if anybody know if its possible to assign an Ip range for devices before they log int throw the captive portal, and if they sign in correctly, apply the rigth IP. It this possible? 
 
 for example: 
 
 Device 1: Connects to the network, it has the ip 10.0.0.100, then after log in, changes to 192.168.111.143.

Mike, 
 the answer is no. You look for something like assign a VLAN first and then if everything is ok, computer are moved to another VLAN. This remembers me NAC.
