XG firewall heartbeat blocks wireless

Hello,

Our XG firewall blocks some users when they switch from ethernet to wireless. This has also happened when users briefly lose wireless connection as well. Is there a way to whitelist individual heartbeat rules? We aren't blocking users that don't have a heartbeat anyway, so I'm not sure why this is happening in the first place.

    You are very wise.

    Yes they do. And I just noticed that the wireless card on this users computer shuts off when the ethernet is connected. However, the heartbeat block and the 403 errors when the user is browsing occur when they reconnect their computer to their ethernet cord.
