what format did you use to import the certificate? I advice you to use "PKCS12" as format.

My certificate ist *.pfx. I used this certificate on UTM9 before i swiched to XG

You could upload the file using pkcs12 format. Could you verify if that is how you have uploaded onto UTM ?
