Downloading VPN client - file is 0 BYTES

Question

We are able to user authenticate with AD authentication. We can access the user portal. 
 
 When downloading the VPN client the download begins and the file downloads at 0 BYTES. My thought is the download is being stripped somewhere but not clear where this is happening. What is the best course of action to confirm where this is happening

 Could you login into your Sophos Account and go to Network protection > Download firmware updates.

 regenerate the Default_CA inside Certificates > CA.

 check the folder contents. The other method is to change one field inside the Certificate > Certificate Authority > Default CA, click save and try to download the VPN SSL config again. 
 No reboot is required.

 Could you check which Firmware are you using at the moment, also check if the user have SSL VPN policy applied on the user Profile.

 The serial number is on your dashboard, you may also fetch the details from console 
 Command : console> system diagnostics show version-info
