Downloading VPN client - file is 0 BYTES

regenerate the Default_CA inside Certificates > CA.

I have regenerated the CA and updated the pattern and it file is still 0 byte.

check the folder contents. The other method is to change one field inside the Certificate > Certificate Authority > Default CA, click save and try to download the VPN SSL config again.

No reboot is required.

Update Pattern - I still do not see a time stamp in SSLVPN Client - Last Successful update

Regenerated Default Cert

Update fields in Default Cert under Cert Authorities

Have performed the above with no success in downloading the vpn client. Comes back 0 bytes.

If patterns are not updated correctly,reboot the XG and perform a manually pattern update.

Thank you as always for your help. I will try to reboot as time permits and report back accordingly.  

I have rebooted sophos XG. Tried downloading the client and still at 0 bytes.

here is a screen shot of the patter update after the reboot. Not sure what is the next possible solution. Maybe copying over client files from other sophos instance

As a reference here is the pattern update on our other sophos xg instance where the pattern update looks good
