Site-to-Site connection to AD

 Hello,

I'm trying to connect my XG to AD server across IPSsec site-to-site VPN connection. But i'm not able to ping ping AD server...

 

I Have tried many configuration but still failed.

Below a diagram of the network, i would like to connect my network 10.11.0.0 to the AD 10.100.80.65 with a site-to-site VPN. 

 

What I need to do ?
