I rebooted my HA Active-Passive cluster last night to fix something strange that was happening and it failed to come up. The cluster has previously failed in exactly the same way during a firmware update when I first installed but a reboot fixed it that time.
I went onsite and rebooted both devices and one didn't come up, and the remaining device shows all features "Unsubscribed" except for "Base Firewall". So the dead device is the one that the license was assigned to, and now I need it assigned to the good device.
Is this something I can do myself or do I need to contact licensing to make it happen?
