Firewall "greyed out" in devices list

Hi Patrick,

In SFM when user open firewall device from Device Level of SFM then go to Home page or Managed devices page then it will show device check box showing disable/greyed out on managed device list.

Currently it is bug in SFM RC-1. Reference ID: NCCC-4598

It will be covered in upcoming release of SFM. You need to refresh the page of SFM for time being to edit the device.

Sophos has released the Sophos Firewall Manager - SFMOS v16.05 GA in which your issue is covered. Please upgrade the SFM firmware.

There are two ways to upgrade SFM firmware :

1. Download the firmware package from MySophos and manually upgrade it.
2. Update the firmware using Sophos Up2Date technology from firmware page of SFM.
