how to allow specific youtube videos while blocking all others

The feature was added in XG and UTM to add an Education filter ID from Youtube. But It seems for the past year the service was discontinued and the Education Filter would not work as per https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/youtube-creators/hsJ5oxf3e1o , So the Education Filter would not work with the XG with current firmware. We do have plans for enhancing our content filtering for Youtube Channel but cannot determine the ETA. 

At the moment you may need to own a Business Google Account allow and Deny the content as per the link https://support.google.com/a/answer/6208224 ..
