To start with try disabling the IPS, then enable it item by item until you find the offending configuration, then change the settings.

 I reset to factory default without any new policies and the same problem continues. I have disabled the IPS in the default network policy and the problem continues. Apparently, this problem I never had it in the version 16.01, the problem happened after an actualization.

What other method could I use?

turning IPS off in the rule is not enough, you actually need to disable it in the system.

Sorry turning IPS off in system. how I do it in XG 16.05.

In UTM is easy, is a button.

but in XG where I do it.
