You are not Sophos Staff.
Setup AD authentication and SSL VPN Remote Access. Can not get to client page. What should I be checking. How do I log what is going on?

you should be able to access the user portal on https://WAN or LAN IP using an AD users and download the SSO VPN configuration.
Make sure the AD Server is at the top inside Authentication > Servers

I tested the connection under the servers tab an came back successful. I can only access the IP on the admin console but can not get to the user portal.
Ok. Check that the user portal is enabled under Administration > Device Access > WAN and LAN zone.
