I reported an issue last week that was affecting something I was doing, and found that the issue would allow a remote attacker to bypass security and access internal IP's on port 443 with very little effort. Despite two requests for followup on the ticket I haven't received any response at all beyond the initial automated message.
Today when I revisited the issue to see if I could establish a workaround, I can no longer reproduce it - everything seems to be working fine.
On the firmware page there is a "SFOS Hot-Fix" option. If Sophos were to have pushed out a hotfix to fix this, how could I tell?
