Sophos XG home - Can't sync AD

check the Authentication > Services and make sure AD Server is at the top of the Firewall Authentication List and VPN.

Yes it's on top, i've tried to use AD users as my only authenthication method, it didn't worked either.

are you able to access User Portal using XG local user? With AD users?

Are you able to surf on internet using AD users authentication? Make sure you are using SSL VPN otherwise AD Users will not work. You have to use RADIUS for IPSec and PPTP VPN protocols.

when i tried your solution, the AD was actually down [8-)]. Now it works perfectly.
