Inbound SMTP and Outbound SMTP - Not able to send emails

Hi,

Yesterday I created two rules in the XG Firewall, one for Inbound and another for Outbound and suddently this morning the company was not able to send emails.

Inbound:

Outbound:

Also, the outbound rule seemed to be working but the inbound rule didn't.

Can someone explain why did this happen?

Hi Tiago,

Were the FW-rules turned OFF later or did you missed turning it ON. Look at the right end of the FW-rule. Also, what do you see in, Log Viewer | Email.

Hi,

No, they were ON but I turned them OFF on purpose.

Log Viewer SS:

It was by this time (10:30AM) that the email was not working. Then I turned the rules off and it worked immediately.
