Sophos Not Working

Question

Hi 
 all of a sudden xg firewall has stopped working. When I remove the firewall and connect to a single system then I am able to get the internet even I checked the IP address provided by the ISP as Well even I checked the Ports.If I connect via from firewall I am not able to access to access the internet .pl suggest me what to do

Hi, 
 Check 3 things, 
 
 MASQ is defined in the LAN>WAN firewall rule. 
 DNS is configured and resolving the websites. Network | DNS. 
 WAN Link manager shows the gateway green. If it is red change the failover condition to ping on 8.8.8.8.
