Cannot send and receive email and sharepoint list in outloook

Hello, I have an XG125 and apply the app policy "Block generally unwanted apps" in the rule"#Default_Network_Policy", then my users cannot send and receive mail and syncronize sharepoint list in microsoft outlook, My company use Gmail service, i configure imaps and smtps protocols like google indicate.What i want is block any apps in the network except google apps, microsoft office and microsoft apps (outlook.com, calendar,etc).

I remove any apps match with "outlook" and "sharepoint" in the "Block generally unwanted apps" in the application filter and it doesn't work. Please help me.

Alejandro,

while your users try to open sharepoints or gmail, did you check the firewall logs, ips, web filtering and application log?

You should be able to see what rule is blocking your users access.

I test in one pc new that i installed Office and still without access to gmail services, the logs of firewall and webfilter its allowing normally, but in my entire network still same scenario.

Can you give me some examples how allow and congigure the office desktop on XG Firewall

are you using HTTPS decrypt and scan option on your firewall rule?

No I not use the http or https scan feature.
