Question about certificate screen

I have a question about the certificate screen in the XG.  I uploaded a certificate generated by a legitimate 3rd party issuer (Comodo).  I am a little confused by why I have a red X under the "Authority" column.  Does this mean there is something wrong or not?  I have searched and the documentation doesn't seem to address this at all.  Thanks in advance.

  • Bill,

The red x means that the CA is not uploaded. Make sure you upload even the Certificate Authory inside the CA and then you upload the certificate.

    Regards

  • Thanks Luk, I saw Comodo CA's in the list and assumed it was already there before uploading the certificate.  Once I saw the red X, I imported the CA but still had a red X, that's when I came here.  Apparently I had to re-upload the certificate after I uploaded the CA to make the red X turn into a green check. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
