HA Active/Passive 16.05.2

Are you directly connected ? I mean, through one only Ethernet cable ?

Yes, I followed the Pocket Guide SOPHOS HA Active/Passive.

Both XG are connected thru Port3 (DMZ default Port). Each have a unique IP and the same subnet.

Well I had that problem too but that was due to a switch in the middle (portfast), and i assume it's not your problem..

Maybe try another Port ?

Does it work in Active/Active mode ?

If not, you may try to verify your license(s) activation'. And the version of the software ( need to be the same for each XG )

This did the trick : I change from using existing DMZ (Port3) and go to use Port6, and made the Zone DMZ as well.

It works in seconds !
