Custom reports problem on XG

Hi,

For a few days on my XG125 (SFOS 16.05.2 MR-2) there are problems with the reports "Custom Mail Report" and from today "Custom Web Report". XG does not generate reports - "No Record Found". Previously, the reports worked fine, I did not change anything in the configuration, and history reports from many days ago are generated correctly.

What could be the reason for these problems?

It is a known bug on SFOS v16.05MR2, and it has been fixed in 16.05MR3, which is going to be released in April. The internal ID for the bug is NC-17336.
Please upgrade your XG to v16.05MR3 once it is available.
