IPSec trouble from internal network

Hello Community,

we are using our XG firewall to protect our internal network.

We have several customers where we need to open VPN-Connections via IPSEC from clients within the network
(roadwarrior-profile, no site-2-site VPN).

While we can open those connections and traffic flows, the connection is interrupted after a few seconds to a few
minutes. The connection will restart itself in most cases.

We use the NCP-IPSEC-Client. The customers have different firewalls, we use the software on different computers.

The problems started with the XG firewall (although it solved many problems our old solution had, this problem
starts to be annoying.

 

We have several site-2-site IPSEC-Connections to other customers, they work flawless (after a few configuration
issues due to some bugs in XG).
