Can I use IPSec/Ike to connect the firewall to NordVPN ?

Hello,

Since the senate decided that our browsing history is for sale and it looks like the house will approve it, I'm looking into implementing XG at home.

NordVPN supports IPSec/IKE.  Does anyone know if this will function in combination with Sophos XG ?

Thanks !

I really hope Sophos will create some reasonably priced home license that would allow them to invest in providing Sandstorm for home use and XG as an OpenVPN client to VPN-providers.

  • KoenT,

XG  can provide VPN capabilities such as IPSec/IKE, PPTP and SSL VPN using the home license (you should not use it for business).

Note that IPSec and PPTP are open standard, while for SSL VPN you have to use XG to XG or Client to XG connection.

For the Sandstorm, at the moment it is not available for home users.

    Regards
