Extremely slow Internet connection since newly installed sophos xg 210

IFE

Hi everyone

 

I am new in this community.

Few days ago we migrate our firewall to a Sophos XG 210 (SFOS16.01.1).

Since that our Internet connection is so slow and our latency is between 800 ms an 1000 ms.

How I can fix that ?

By the way I am new and for the moment I didn't receive any formation for this product.

    welcome to Sophos Community. In order to help you we need more information on what the current configuration is and what modules/rules are used/configured on your XG.

    Where do you experience such a huge delay?

    Thank you for your help.

    Currently, I have just installed the appliance and added NAT rules to have access to my published servers,

    and the email server which in facts receives currenly a lot of spams.

    I had an Edge installation that I decided to uninstall when I added the Sophos to my network to be protected only by the firewall.

    I should mention also that I have configuered two VPN tunnels between branches.

    Rules for email viruses and spams are enabled!

    That's all.

    Hi and welcome,

    check your udp and tcp flood settings, try disabling them and see what happens.
