SSL VPN (Remote Access) able to ping local resources, but can't access static route

Hi Folks,

I hope you can help. I have a server running software at internal IP address 192.168.168.225. There is a static route setup (required by the company that makes the software "Medent") from 10.45.2.163 using mask 255.255.255.255 to the internal IP of the server.

On the LAN this setup works as it should and everyone can access the server using the client software.

I also have an SSL VPN (Remote Access) using ip ranges 10.0.0.x for the primary physician and two of the nurses who also work from home after hours. They are able to connect to the VPN and from their machines I can ping the internal server address 192.168.168.225, however I cannot get the client software to connect to the server over the VPN.

I have a Firewall rule setup for VPN to LAN traffic with MASQ turned on (They can't ping local network resources otherwise).

Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks
