what are you using to match user identity?

Do have a list of users to match against in the XG?

XG115W - v19.5.1 mr-1 - Home

I'm matching the rule with the group from the active directory.

Be advised, i have not added any users on the XG.

Hi,

sounds like your active directory join was not successful. For more details on this I will have to wait until Lferrara has a look in.
