connection failed due to incorrect credentials" when testing Radius connection

Hello guys,

Do you have an idea of the username format to put on username case when trying to test radius server connection ? i have tried user1@domain.lan domain\user1, but i get error every time!

Hello Amine,

Please try enabling the PAP under authentication method. PAP is used to test the connectivity between XG and RADIUS server. Please refer to below shared screenshot and let me know if this works for you.
