Sophos XG: Active Directory Integration Fails "due to incorrect credentials"

I have trying to integrate sophos with the local Active Directory. The AD and the Sophos XG are both in the same subnet.
However when I click test connection, I get "test connection failed due to invalid credentials".

I surely am missing something.

Please help.
