i entered Proxy with User and Password to an Application.
At the XG Webfilter log i can see a Denied message but without the username.
Why the username is not shown at the XG?

Hi,
Can you guide me with some more information over this? Did you authenticate using Sophos Authentication module or used the credentials on some application?
Show us some pictures for more information and also the logs which you refer to.
Thanks

Hi,
i want to do it only with the application.
Dont want to use the sophos authentication module.
I want to enter here in this application the proxy address and the specific user and password.
So i want to seperate this traffic by creating a user rule at the sophos XG.
bratwurstbraeter,
on your application you can use XG local users, Radius, LDAP without installing STAS package. Make sure to create an allow firewall rule.
XG, by default, as explicit proxy uses 3128, but you can change it. See the documentation:
Thanks
