XG Firewall Suddenly Stops to Quarantine Emails

Hi,

 

We have experienced that our XG Firewall stopped storing emails in the quarantine, in the past it is working just fine and then one moment it stopped suddenly then magically came back again and then one weird day it stopped again up to this day.

 

We are previously running SFOS v 16.01 and then suggested to upgrade to 16.05, unfortunately the issue still remains

 

We could not find any known issues for this, you can check also the last thread (https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/f/email-protection/88863/smtp-quarantine-total-utilization) I have posted to see other details of this issue.

 

This issue is now affecting our production, as we cannot see quarantined emails so that we can review if we are going to release or delete it.
