SHOW CAPTIVE PORTAL TO UNKNOWN USER

Hi Sophos Arch/Engr

 

here is my questions..

I cant make any captive portal in our network so it try to TICK "show captive portal to unknown users" and then our network was disconnected suddenly.

then when i UNTICK this show captive portal to unknown users our network instantly connects to the internet....

 

How can i make simple captive portal?
