What could I be missing here, tracert NATs on router stops at 68.136.49.5

When the XG is in place it doesn't get past 68.136.49.5 ?????

While the XG is online, the tracert times out to a NAT IP, I can plug the old firewall back in and it will make the connection but its a no go on the XG...
