SSL VPN and VOIP

Hi Experts
I am a new Pie in Sophos XG and we have implemented a new IP PBX in our company the design is to allow our work from home and international sales team to call and receive calls from clients all over the world via many SIP trunks

I have successfully implement and configure our SSL VPN and use UDP 8443 for best performance

the main issue I am facing is that all of our international sales team can't call
the traffic get dropped once they try to call

the connection established from their side correctly and they able to use local services like share file but once they start a call the connection start to get unstable

all my local and home team do not face this issue so I suspect that may our ISP or their ISP try to intercept the traffic to get to our calls or I don't know exactly what is going on.

I don't know what should I do

any screen shoots or more details will be provided upon your request

Hi,

You may need to make sure the SSL VPN clients have access to the required networks/host and also you need to have the full tunnel (VPN -> SSL VPN (Remote Access) -> Tunnel Access -> Use as Default Gateway ON.

Mohamed,

are you using IPS engine on the VPN rules? Are you allowing the proper ports?

Can you also share a drop-packet-capture "x.x.x.x" while your remote users is connected?

I experience this also. connecting my VIOP using sslvpn. Sophos is blocking the access even if I set the webaccess and application access to allow all, is there any solution here?
