Sophos XG 115 not able to access to the Internet

Do you have a default rule for outbound and if so make sure you have the Match Known Users UNCHECKED like this:

It is exactly same like your screen shot and it is a brand new Sophos, which means I literally have not configured any settings on that.

Could you please kindly let me know if you have any idea?

Samuel, give us more info about your configuration.

If match know users is not checked maybe the issue is with assigned ip, routing, nat.

Some how it needed to restart the appliance and it fixed. :)
