Missing Network & Threats Report Data

I have a new XG deployment.  Reporting is working across the board, except I have no data in the Network & Threats Reports session.  I've gone through all the troubleshooting docs I can find, and I'm not quite sure what is wrong.

I have several Business Application Rules (for inbound port redirection/mapping) that have an Intrusion Detection policy applied.  The policy is working because I can see new events (blocks and detection) appearing in the IPS log in log viewer.

All of the Local checkboxes are marked in the Log Settings.

All of the other Reports seem to be working normally, however all I get in the Network & Threats section is "No Record Found".

Is there another setting somewhere I should be looking for?
