Very new to XG and went thru the initial setup with Pro Services but feel like a couple things were missed or weren't necessary with my Sonicwall I replaced and now don't work with the XG in place.
One I have a Neopost postage meter that calls out to the Neopost server over the internet when we need to replenish postage. This is not making the connection and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a rule for it nothing is working. I called support and they setup a User/Network Rule but it didn't work.
Two I also have a security scan that needs to run and connect to an outside server but that too I cannot get to connect. I am lost I feel I was sold devices and just left hanging to get these working when I was promised they would be configured as the Sonicwalls and it would be a smooth transition it's been nothing but and I am so confused. I would love to go to some training but I am not even seeing that offered. Help!
