i first created that host

Then i created that shaping rule

now i would assume to need a firewall rule to connect those two, but in the firewall rule i cant choose the shaping rule.

The traffic shaping Policy field is grey, i assume, it requires the User to be defined, but i want to have it on the IP base...

Create a LAN (192.168.10.21) / ANY / WAN Firewall rule and place it on the TOP. You can define the Traffic Shaping policy configured for rules, it is not necessary to select a User based rule.

in the traffic shaping, there is no source destination defined...

The traffic shaping policy defined in the suggested FW-rule will be effective on the system with the source IP defined in the LAN zone. The traffic will be managed by the XG the system will simply forward the traffic.
