Hypervisor Vmware 6.5 wan Adapter usb nic 3.0 ppoe

hello all

I recently switched from kvm to vmware hypervisor and the wan ppoe adapter does not work, it does not receive any public ip.

two NIC. one LAN and one wan

edit adapter on network por two missing public ip, only blank 

sophos xG suport usb nic 3.0 ?
