Increment TTL LAN-WAN [SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1]

Hi,

I'd like to do the equivalent of :

iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -o eth2 -j TTL --ttl-inc 2

How is it possible, if it is ?
