My cyberoam update V16 [SFOS 16.01.3 MR-2] , i can't connect Line Messenger

I can't connect Line on Smartphone , but can connect Line on PC after update Cyberoam V16.01.3 .

I need your help :( !!

  • Hi Tam,

    Check in the packet filter which FW-rule forwards the source traffic for Line. Check in the rule if any filter is causing the drops and make the necessary changes. In the Log Viewer \ application filter; any denied logs will give you more insight.
