Sophos General Authentication Client Issue

Hi,

FW:SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1

I had download the Authentication Client for Windows from the User Portal Download Client page but it can't login.

my sophos lan ip is 192.168.1.246 but it connect 1.2.3.4

How to change destination ip ?

    Wu,

    you cannot change the destination ip. This is the normal behaviour of Sophos Client Authentication agent. If you are not using XG as default gateway, make sure your client can reach 1.2.3.4 on that port using a static route on your default gateway.
