Problema using STAC - Web filter

Good morning,

Since implementation we, are having problem with the active directory users that use thin clients.

They can log properly, but can not use the appropriate web filter policies when they browse internet.

This make that users have access to web pages that they should not have access.

I really appreciate any help with this problem.

    HI RonaldoChamorro, 

    Are you using Sophos XG on your Network along with Sophos Central . 

    Also if the Web filtering is not working on XG as per your expectation then please take a packet capture of the traffic based on destination address and enter the same address on the web browser logged in as a Terminal user. 

    This should determine which rule the client's traffic would follow and we could troubleshoot the issue further.
