you can try to flush the device reports (to see if the issue goes away) by executing the option 5 > 4 from Console.

The other option is to open a ticket with support.

I had the same when we first upgraded to 16.01 and support fixed it quickly.

Frist thing, you should learn to read :-)

As you cloud see, for unknown reasons, the Reporting is disabled - so you just need to re-enable it. (see https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/123200) or here:
