Registered Devices and Firmware upgrade

Question

Hi, 
 
 I have moved from Cyberoam to Sophos, and renewed my subscription recently, but I have 2 issues, I don't see my device when I login online to Sophos under Network Protection => View Devices. as well, when I go to check for new Firmware it shows no upgrades available, my current Firmware is 16.01.2 while the latest is 16.5, how can I upgrade it.

 Update: The new Firmware is showing now and I can download it and install it, the other issue is not solved it.

 please contact your Partner or your Sophos Sales Representative as only them can fix license/device registration issues.

 go back to them. Here we are not able to help on that problem in any way. This is an issue that only Sophos or your Partner can fix. Here we threat technical problems.
