Routing select Traffic over secondary gateway

Hello! Hopefully I'm just missing something easy with this setup but here is what i'm trying to do:

I am using Sophos XG as my primary gateway for several vlans. Since I haven't been able to get XG to act as a VPN client (Would be a very nice feature to add!) I stood up an instance of PFsense to use as an outbound VPN gateway. Since my modem has a built in switch I gave PFsense it's own connection to the modem and everything is working as I expect on that side. My problem is that the only way I have been able to direct trafffic over the pfsense gateway to utilize the vpn is to set the gateway on certain VMs to be the pfsense gateway instead of XG (not ideal but works) but that causing problems with routing between the vlans for those 2 VMs.

My question is:

Is there anyway that I can keep all my VMs using the Sophos XG as their gateway but send certain traffic over the pfsense gateway?

Sophos XG Primary LAN IP: 192.168.0.20
Sophos XG vlan IP: 192.168.9.1

PFsense LAN IP: 192.168.9.2
