Sophos XG on Transparent/bridge Mode

Hi,

i saw the Synchronized Security Hearbeat of Sophos XG and Sophos Central Endpoint, with this i want to take implement, however, i have an existing 3rd Party Firewall i dont want to removed in at present, what i want to do is put Sophos XG in bridge mode, will the Synchronized Security Heartbeat work in this environment?
