Firewall uses the concept of first match. So in order to get users to surf on internet with time restriction, create a LAN to WAN, enable match know users and define the time period.

Make sure to create users and then activate captive portal or install Sophos Authentication agent.

Firewall has to identify users in some way.

For local users, you can use saa or captive portal.

It depends what is your goal.

dont use for this rule . the user children are use the second rule.

are you users authenticated in some way? Captive Portal, Sophos Client Agent? SSO? LDAP?

If you clients are not authenticated, the rule will be never matched.

Uncheck the "match know users" and your Firewall rule will work.
